What is Urgent Care?

Urgent Care centers are setup to assist patients with an illness or injury that does not appear to be life –threatening but can’t wait until the next day or for a primary care doctor to assess.  At East Beach Urgent Care we also offer primary care and non urgent care services so our patients can get the same quality care for most of their medical needs.  When faced with a medical problem that requires immediate care, it is often hard to determine if an Urgent Care visit or an  Emergency Room visit is needed.  Therefore below are some guidelines.
